Free!-Timeless Medley- (劇場版 Gekijōban Free! Timeless Medley) is a trilogy of films released by Kyoto Animation and Animation Do in 2017. They are based on the first two seasons of the series Free! and are compilation films. The first film, Free!-Timeless Medley- the Bond (劇場版 Free! -Timeless Medley- 絆) focuses on the members of the Iwatobi High School Swim Club and was released in theaters on April 22, 2017. The second film, Free! Timeless Medley- the Promise (劇 版 Free!-Timeless Medley- 約束) focuses on the members of the Samezuka Academy Swim Club and was released in theaters on July 1, 2017. Both films contain new footage and redone scenes. The third film, Free!-Take Your Marks- ( 別版 -Free!-Take Your Marks-) is a stand-alone film comprised of four vignettes that take place in March, just before Haru is about to graduate from Iwatobi High School.
